Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

The delivery of non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") is instant. The customer gets a confirmation email and digital receipt to their email after the purchase of the digital product. The customer will be able to access the product either through the website or after installing the app on their Android or iOS device.

Tangible/ Physical Goods
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates of Tangible/ Physical Goods
Free delivery is available for orders over ₹499 within India. For orders under ₹499, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping of of Tangible/ Physical Goods
Currently, we do not ship physical goods to other countries.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Tangible/ Physical Goods
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

We take a lot of efforts for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We at Lore & Ed take a lot of efforts in making sure that our customers receive services in good condition. In case they have received a deficiency in services, they can ask for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Regarding the refund of fee remitted for a course, we do not issue a refund for the same. But if the registered participant fails to attend the programme for valid reasons, we provide him/her a free entry to the next edition of the programme or another programme which has the same fee structure, if he/she wish to participate.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at After approving the exchange, we will send a confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
